Mr. Rafael J.
de la Sierra is a Founding Partner at Sierra Capital LLC.
He is responsible for the overall strategy of the firm, he is also actively involved in client relations, and enjoys interacting directly with his clients.
He focuses his time and attention on establishing and maintaining productive long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.
Before establishing Sierra Capital in 1998, he worked for four years at Citibank as a Vice President, servicing Ultra High Net Worth Latin America based clients.
Prior to Citibank, he spent two years at Merrill Lynch as a Junior Banker.
He was responsible for supporting the consultants and for prospecting.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, he worked at O’Connor & Associates, a quantitative options trading firm, currently owned by UBS.
Mr. de la Sierra graduated from Boston College in 1990 with a degree in Finance.
