Rachel Clifford

As Reward & HR Operations Manager for OGCI Climate Investments, Rachel Clifford is responsible for the management of global compensation and benefits and the management of all aspects of HR for UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Climate Investments, Rachel worked in a number of different industries specialising in Reward, Payroll, HR Systems and HR Processes.
Most recently these included Reward Director at Engie UK and Group Head of Reward at Spire Healthcare, a private hospital group in the UK.
