Kendrick Slate is Physician for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
He received his Medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in 1979.
He did his residency in general surgery at the University of California at San Francisco and his residency in plastic surgery at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery from New York University.
He completed fellowships in craniofacial surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and in microsurgery at University of California at Los Angeles before joining the plastic surgery faculty at University of California at Los Angeles.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
