Phillip Baxley

Phillip Baxley is the Vice President of Business Development for Shell Hydrogen (U.S.), one of the business units that is part of "Shell Hydrogen", a global business of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of companies consisting of separate companies established to pursue and develop business opportunities related to hydrogen and fuel cells.
Mr. Baxley heads the United States office in Houston, Texas and coordinates the global business development activities of Shell Hydrogen.
He has been with the Shell Hydrogen business for five years, with prior Shell assignments in Exploration and Production, Business Development, Research & Development and Engineering.
Before joining Shell, he was an Environmental Consultant with Intera Technologies of Austin, Texas.
Mr. Baxley has an Masters degree in biomedical engineering from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
