Philip M. Gallagher

Mr. Gallagher, a principal and a member of the Board of Directors of Allegheny Financial Group, Ltd., joined the firm in July of 1978 as a financial planner.
He is also on the Board of Allegheny Investments, Ltd.
In 1982, he was awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation.
Mr. Gallagher received his master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
His undergraduate work was completed at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
He also did graduate work on a scholarship grant at the Gregorian University in Rome.
On both the graduate and undergraduate levels, he was awarded cum laude degrees.
Mr. Gallagher served as Chairman, Board of Directors of The Pittsburgh Pastoral Institute 1985-1988.
He also serves as a director on the board of six small businesses.
Mr. Gallagher has written articles which have been published in Pittsburgh magazine and Pittsburgh Business Times-Journal.
He is often quoted in the local media on financial planning issues.
