(Investment Management) (Victory Capital-IM) is the investment management division of Victory Capital Management, Inc., a financial services company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. The firm was founded in 1894 and formerly known as Key Asset Management, Inc. They are an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR). Victory Capital-IM provides specialized investment strategies to institutions, intermediaries, retirement platforms and individual investors.

Founded in 1985, Munder Capital Management is a registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. The firm is a subsidiary of Victory Capital Management, Inc. and their ultimate parent is Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. Munder provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis, although they may manage assets on a nondiscretionary basis in certain circumstances. The firm also serves as a sub-adviser to various domestic and non-domestic entities, as well as to separately managed accounts through arrangements they have entered into with other industry professionals.
