Paul Element

Paul Element has been Compliance Officer and Head of Risk for Catlin Insurance Co. (UK) Ltd.
since January, 2005.
He joined Catlin Insurance in January, 2004 as Assistant Compliance Officer.
Mr. Element is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He began his career in 1995 as an Agent and a Financial Advisor at the Co-Operative Insurance Society.
Mr. Element has experience in compliance and risk management.
He joined Lloyd's as a Regulatory and Risk Officer in 1999 and served as a Member of the Risk and Technical Executive for the Market Association.
