Norma Cabrera

Prior to joining PCCP in November 2005, Ms. Cabrera was an independent consultant for PCCP, Netrust Lease Equities, Inc., and Citigroup.
Before that, she served as Manager at Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., where she was responsible for the administration of a diversified $525 million portfolio of construction loans, letters of credit, profit participated mortgages, syndicated/participated loans and bank owned real estate assets.
She has extensive knowledge in foreclosures and real estate owned administration.
During her time at The Fuji Bank, Ltd., she was a Supervisor in Loan Administration and responsible for the administration of a $650 million construction and refinance loan portfolio.
