VASARHELYI joined our Board of Directors in February 2004.
Since 1989, He has been the KPMG Professor of Accounting Information Systems of the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University, where he is also the director of the Rutgers Accounting Research Center.
i has also been a Technology Consultant for the E-Commerce Solutions Group of AT&T Laboratories since 1985.
Dr. Vasarhelyi received B.S.
degrees from the State University of Guanabara (Economics) and Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Electrical Engineering), an M.B.A.
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Management and a Ph.D.
from the University of California, Los Angeles (Management Information Systems).
