Duprey is Vice President-Wealth Management at Bluemont Capital Advisors LLC.
He joined Bluemont Capital Advisors in 2011.
He has 12 years of professional wealth management experience joining the firm from the Private Client Group of Charles Schwab & Co. As a certified financial planner, Michael provides wealth management and financial planning services to individuals, small businesses, trusts and foundations, specializing in income generating strategies and using a highly diversified, global, multi-asset class strategy for growth oriented clients.
Mr. Duprey began his career with Morgan Stanley on an Equity Syndicate Team.
Michael assisted in the wealth management of both personal and institutional relationships, and provided brokerage, institutional money management and lending services to local and national small businesses.
Mr. Duprey holds a B.A.
degree from The University of Iowa and a M.A from Wayne State University.
Michael has served as a board member on several charitable and social organizations in Alexandria.
