Durik has been Chief Administrative Officer of Kelly Services, Inc. since May 19, 2004 and Executive Vice President since 2001.
Mr. Durik joined Kelly Services in 1999 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2001.
Prior to joining Kelly Services, he was employed by MLD Management, where he was involved in the strategic, organizational and operational planning of his clients.
Prior to MLD Management, Mr. Durik spent 15 years working for The Limited Stores, Inc., which he joined as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President and Executive Vice President-Administration.
He began his career with Dayton Hudson Corporation in Detroit and KeyCorp in Toledo.
Mr. Durik received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Human Resources and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toledo.
