Winter, CFA MBA, is a Principal & Portfolio Manager at Otter Creek Advisors LLC and a Portfolio Manager at Otter Creek Management, Inc. He joined Otter Creek Management as an investment professional in January 2007 and co-founded Otter Creek Advisors in 2014.
Prior to joining Otter Creek, Mr. Winter worked as a portfolio manager and analyst at a long/short equity hedge fund in Boston, MA from 2005 through 2006.
From 2000 through 2003, he worked as an investment associate with Putnam Investment Management in Boston, MA.
Mr. Winter received his BS in Economics and Finance from Boston College in 2000 and earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2005.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
