Woolley, CFA, is a Co-Chief Investment Officer of BlackRock Alternative Advisors at BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd.
Mr. Woolley is a member of the BAA Investment Committee, the BAA Management Committee, and BAA's Co-Investment Portfolio Management Group.

In addition, Mr. Woolley serves as a member of the Board of Governors and a trustee for the Church Commissioners, the body responsible for the management of the Church of England's investment portfolio.
