Leslie Pontello

Leslie brings over 30 years of operating and executive leadership to Renovo as an Industry Partner focused on the Human Capital Management and Benefits Administration industry.
Most recently, Leslie served as the Chief Operating Officer at bswift, a leading benefits administration outsourcing provider.
Prior to bswift, Leslie held senior leadership roles at Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Services) as COO for the HR and Benefits Outsourcing business, and Hewitt Associates (now Alight) where she led global practice leadership for all benefits and payroll outsourcing divisions.
While at bswift, Leslie was instrumental in driving growth from $40 million to $200 million over 7 years and transitioning the company from a provider of technology solutions for small to mid-market businesses to a leader in the benefits administration outsourcing business serving the largest employers in the country.
Leslie graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics and Political Science and completed graduate work at George Washington University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
