Degroof Petercam Asset Management SA (DPAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banque Degroof Petercam SA (XB: 698814) in Belgium. Headquartered in Brussels, DPAM was founded 1919 and manages funds and exercises mandates on behalf of institutional end-investors as well as distribution partners such as private banks, insurance companies and retail networks.

Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA (Petercam IAM) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of financial institution Petercam SA in Belgium, established in 1968 as a private partnership with partners holding 70% of the equity and the remaining 30% held jointly by the two founding families, Peterbroeck & Van Campenhout. Headquartered in Brussels, the firm was created in 2013 when Petercam SA integrated their institutional management activities into Petercam IAM to provide investment solutions for public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, governmental and non-profit organizations. They also manage and/or distribute Petercam’s collective investment funds. Petercam operates from offices in Brussels, the US and Europe. They are a socially responsible manager and a signatory to the U.N. Banque Degroof Petercam SA (Private Banking) (Petercam-PB) is the private banking division of Banque Degroof Petercam SA (BSE: 698814) in Belgium. The firm was founded in 1871 when Belgian brokerage firms Peterbroeck and Van Campenhout merged to form SCS Peterbroeck, Van Campenhout & Cie GCV. In 2015, Bank Degroof and Petercam merged to form Bank Degroof Petercam. Headquartered in Brussels, Petercam-PB provides private banking and institutional asset management services to institutions, government agencies, corporations and high-net worth private individuals, primarily in the Benelux countries.

ING Investment Management (Belgium) (INGIM-BE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ING Belgique SA, ultimately part of Netherlands-based ING Groep NV (NYSE: ING). The firm is located in Brussels. INGIM-BE provides a combination of retail and private banking financial services. The firm is the local distributor for the group's diverse range of investment products, and also distributes the Belgium- and Luxembourg-domiciled funds globally. In Europe the investment management center is in the Netherlands.
