It operated through following segments: Manufacture and Spray Paint of Mobile Handset Casing; Manufacture of Tablet Casings; and Manufacture of Touch Screen. The Manufacture and Spray Paint of Mobile Handset Casings segment comprised of molding and fabrication of handset casings, followed by the surface spray painting and assembly of the parts. The Manufacture of Tablet Casings segment included molding and fabrication of tablet casings followed by the surface spray painting and assembly of parts. The Manufacture of Touch Screen segment involved the fabrication of touch screen. The company was founded by Bao Yu Wu and Bao Fa Wu in 2002 and was headquartered in Singapore.
