Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management LLC (CAAM) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The firm was founded by Thomas Scalici and Malcolm Cowen II in 1998. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cornerstone Benefits, Inc., which in turn wholly-owned by CAAM’s employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) trust called the Cornerstone Benefits, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Trust. CAAM provides investment advisory services for institutional clients such as defined benefit and defined contribution plans, foundations and endowments, corporations, not-for-profit organizations and public funds, and individual clients including natural persons, families, personal trusts, family partnerships and limited liability companies.
