Prior to joining the Radcliffe Group in November 1999, Dr. Gale worked as an Applications Consultant for Amersham Pharmacia Biotech.
While at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, he provided business and product development support and training for automated DNA sequencing and fragment analysis products and applications.
Prior to that, he performed drug discovery research at DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company in the Cancer Molecular Biology Division and at SmithKline Beecham Corporation in the Drug Metabolism Department.
Dr. Gale received his Ph.D.
in Biochemistry from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1992, his M.B.A in Investment Management and Management Information Systems from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University in 1999, and his B.S.
in Toxicology, magna cum laude, from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 1986.
He is a CFA Charterholder, as well as a member of both the CFA Institute and the Financial Analysts Society of Philadelphia.
