Julie Bahadori

Julie Bahadori has served as director of internal audit since August 2004, reporting directly to the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors.
From June 2003 to July 2004, Ms. Bahadori was the director of internal audit at Fair Isaac Corp, where she created an internal audit department, and led the Sarbanes-Oxley project.
From August 2000 to June 2003, Ms. Bahadori served in the internal audit function of Applied Materials, Inc. From August 1998 through early 2000, she served in the internal audit function at Hitachi Data Systems.
Prior to her position at Hitachi, Ms. Bahadori served as a consultant and senior consultant for Arthur Andersen in the Financial Audit and Internal Audit capacities.
Ms. Bahadori holds a B.A.
in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
