John Michael Moriarty

Mr. John M.
Moriarty, Jr. MBA, is a Managing Director at DLJ Investment Partners.
He is on the Board of Directors at Jitney-Jungle Stores of America, Inc. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 through the merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of DLJ Investment Partners, since its formation in 1995.
From 1989 to 1995 he worked at DLJ as a Managing Director.
Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Moriarty was a Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Mr. Moriarty holds an A.B.
in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, summa cum laude, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A.
from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
