Adan held several positions in different companies before pursuing his education.
He was the Chief Finance Officer & Vice President of Marsman Drysdale Corp.
and Vice President-Finance & Administration of Philnico Mining & Industrial Corp.
He also served as the Budget Director of Richardson-Vicks, Inc., Director of Development Academy of the Philippines, Chief Compliance Officer of Camarines Minerals, Inc., Director-Manufacturing Services of Pepsi-Cola International Ltd.
(New York), and Independent Director of Now Corp.
(Philippines).
Adan pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines and Manuel L.
Quezon University.
He also earned an MBA from Warnborough College Ireland.
