in June, 1999 and currently serves as Chairman.
He is a Trustee of Bellarmine University, a Director of the Longhorn Foundation at the University of Texas, Austin and a Member of the Society of Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
He was Chairman of the National Cable Television Association from 1990 to 1991.
Mr. Lindauer was a Director of National Cable Satellite Corp., a Founding Member of the Cable Alliance for Education, and a Principal and a Partner with Prime Cable of Chicago, Inc. Previously, he was President of Times Mirror Security and a Marine Corps Officer.
Mr. Lindauer began his career at Communications Properties, Inc. in 1977 as Senior Vice President.
He received a degree from Bellarmine University and the University of Texas School of Law.
