The London Company of Virginia LLC (The London Company) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. The firm was originally founded in 1994 by Stephen Goddard. In its present state, the firm was formed in 2012 through a corporate reorganization in connection with a minority equity investment made in the firm by LPC London LP, an affiliate of Lincoln Peak Capital. They are a subsidiary of TLC Holdings LLC. The London Company provides discretionary portfolio management services to individuals and institutional investors through separately managed accounts, mutual funds and select channels.

Founded in 2007, IronOak Advisors LLC is a registered investment advisor located in Richmond, Virginia. The firm manages investments for endowments, foundations, not-for-profit organizations, Taft-Hartley plans, pension plans and sub-advised mutual funds, common trust funds, collective investment trusts and variable investment trusts. IronOak Advisors is an independently-managed subsidiary of RidgeWorth Capital Management, Inc.
