Jason Defilippis

Mr. Jason Defilippis, CPA MBA, is Vice President at Ares Management LLC.
Mr. DeFilippis joined Ares in August 2011.
He previously worked at Wrightwood Capital, where he held a variety of positions, most recently Director, Industrial Fund Management.He was promoted to the Director role from Associate Director of Credit and Underwriting where he managed a four member team overseeing due diligence process and feasibility of various value add real estate business plans including construction/development, repositioning, and lease up for multiple product types including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and land development.Prior to his role at Wrightwood Capital, Mr. DeFilippis was a tax associate at Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. DeFilippis is a CPA, received a BS in Accountancy magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
