JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd. (JPMAM-UK) is the wholly owned, Great Britain-based investment arm of JPMorgan Asset Management International Ltd., ultimately held by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) in the US. The firm was founded in 1974 and formerly known as JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management. They changed their name to JPMorgan Asset Management UK Ltd. in 2005. Headquartered in London, JPAM-UK provides investment advisory services to institutional clients, both US and non-US.

K2 Asset Management Ltd. (K2) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of K2 Asset Management Holdings Ltd. (SY: KAM) in Australia. Established in 1999 by Mark Newman and Campbell Neal, the firm is based in Melbourne and specializes in absolute return for Australian and international retail, wholesale and institutional investors.

Perennial Investment Partners Ltd. (Perennial) is the majority-owned investment management subsidiary of IOOF Investment Management Ltd., ultimately owned by IOOF Holdings Ltd. (SY: IFL) in Australia. Perennial was established in 2000 as a joint venture between senior investment professionals and IOOF.
