James L. Learner

Jim is a Senior Advisor to Park Square Capital.
Previously Jim was a corporate Partner at the London office of Kirkland & Ellis, his practice focused on complex financial transactions, he has also served on the K&E Global Management Committee.
Jim has more than 30 years’ experience in legal practice in both Chicago and London.
He also spent several years as a managing partner at HGGC, LLC, a middle-market private equity fund based in Palo Alto, California.
Jim has a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Michigan.
