He has been an adjunct professor at the graduate level at Columbia University, Adelphi University, and Springfield College.
Mr. Kirschner earned a BA in economics at Trinity College and an MBA at Columbia Business School.
He is a Certified Retirement Counselor.
He earned the designation of Governance Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
