Jack Olshansky is Chairman of Emergent Respiratory Products, Inc. He was a Founding General Partner of Montgomery Medical Ventures LP from 1983 to 2000.

Mr. Olshansky was President of the Inspiron Division for C.R.
Bard, Inc. and President of KABI/Cutter Laboratories joint venture.
He received a BA degree from Brooklyn College in 1950.

Mr. Olshansky, appointed to the Board in February 2002, recently retired from Montgomery Medical Ventures, a venture capital fund dedicated to emerging companies in the medical field.
Mr. Olshansky spent over 15 years developing and financing over 50 companies during his tenure at Montgomery Medical Ventures, which invested in the Company.
In conjunction with his association with Montgomery Medical Ventures, Mr. Olshansky served on the Company’s Board of Directors from 1985 to 1991 and served as the Company’s Interim President from November 1989 to June 1990.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Northfield Laboratories, Inc., a publicly-held corporation engaged in developing blood substitute products, and of 3 other private companies in the medical field.
From 1953 to 1983, Mr. Olshansky was involved with Baxter Travenol Laboratories, the Inspiron division of C.R.
Bard and Cutter’s Medical Division, where he held various executive management positions.
