Henry Huan Chen

Henry Huan Chen is Chief Financial Officer of China Green Agriculture, Inc. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Chen had been Chief Financial Officer of Vtion Wireless Technology AG since October 2007.
From December 2006 to October 2007, he worked for Vesta China.
Mr. Chen served as a Financial Controller of Bokee.com from October 2005 to November 2006 and a Manager of IFM Consulting from September 2004 to October 2005.
He served as a Staff and Senior Auditor of Ernst and Young/Arthur Andersen from September 1999 to February 2003.
Mr. Chen received a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in 1997 and a Master of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Sydney in 2004.
