Telecommunications Infrastructure segment designs, constructs and maintains telecommunications infrastructure for customers that include major communication companies and defense contractors. Call Center Software Integration segment is designed to assist organizations of all sizes build more effective customer relationships by streamlining business processes, leveraging sophisticated technologies and increasing the efficiency of critical business interactions. General Business Support Service segment provides administration services such as payroll and benefits administration. On 03-May-2006, it acquired Crochet & Borel Inc, 01-Jun-2006, Digital Communications Services Inc and in fiscal 2007 Complete Tower Sources Inc, Cotton Holding 1 Inc, Cotton Commercial USA LP, Cotton Restoration of Central Texas LP and Mitchell Site Acq Inc.
