Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGRpA (MGF) is a fund management firm headquartered in Basiglio, Italy. The firm was founded in 1982 and is a subsidiary of Banca Mediolanum SpA (BIT: BMED; ADR: BNCDY). MGF manages mutual funds, funds of funds, pension funds and real estate funds for retail clients.

Allianz Global Investors GmbH (Italy) (AllianzGI Italy) is the Italy-based asset management division of Allianz Global Investors GmbH, ultimately held by Allianz SE (ETR: ALV) in Germany. In 1998, Allianz integrated all their main asset management units under one branch and in 2012 they established Allianz Global Investors. Headquartered in Milan, AllianzGI Italy manages assets for individuals, families and institutions.
