Formerly known as Insinger de Beaufort Asset Management NV, established in 1973, the firm is located in Amsterdam and acts as the alternative investment fund manager focusing on retail, private and institutional clients.

NIBC Markets NV (NIBC Markets) is the wholly-owned investment banking and securities brokerage subsidiary of NIBC Bank NV, itself a subsidiary of NIBC Holding NV in The Netherlands. Established in 1981 as Suez Nederland Securities, the firm was formerly known as SNS Securities NV. They are based in Amsterdam and provide equity research, fixed-income securities, institutional brokerage, trading, corporate finance, acquisition finance, asset management and private placement advisory services.
