Gaurav Malhotra

Mr. Gaurav Malhotra is a Managing Director at The GreensLedge Group LLC.
Prior to joining GreensLedge, he was associated with J.P.
Morgan for five years, most recently as an Associate in the Global Structured Credit business.
He began his career in 2004 at J.P.
Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group, and during his time there closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, ABS and MBS.
At J.P.
Morgan, he was responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of the deal process, including asset targeting, initial warehouse structuring and ongoing surveillance, cash-flow modeling and liability structuring, rating agency analytics and negotiations, investor information requests, and document editing and execution.
He holds a B.S.
degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
