Mr. Rosica is the former Executive Vice President of Keithley Instruments, Inc., Solon, OH.
He joined the company in 1996, after four years as an outside director.

Mr. Rosica moved to Ohio after eight years as Chairman and President of Modular Computer Systems, Inc., in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Modcomp was a manufacturer of industrial mini-computer hardware and software.
This experience was preceded by thirteen years at The Foxboro Company in Foxboro, MA, culminating as VP and General Manager of Foxboro's US business.
Foxboro, like Bailey, was also a major supplier of instrumentation and industrial control systems to a variety of industrial companies worldwide.
Mr. Rosica is a volunteer in the Business Plan Clinic program at Baldwin-Wallace College, and a member of the Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Florida.
When he lived in Florida, he served on advisory boards and the boards of trustees of other universities in Florida, as well as the National Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association.
Mr. Rosica graduated from Columbia University, receiving a BA in 1962 and a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1963.
He received an MS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1966 and an MBA from Boston University in 1971.
