Francis H. Tong

Prior to joining Arlington Capital, Mr. Tong worked at JPMorgan Chase’s technology, media and telecom practice in New York, where he focused primarily on the radio, television, IT services and wireless and wireline telecommunication sectors.
While at JPMorgan, he worked on multiple mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and capital markets financings.
Mr. Tong's transaction experiences include Embarq’s spin-off from Sprint Nextel, Sprint Nextel’s acquisition of Nextel Partners and Polaroid’s sale to Petters Group Worldwide.
Mr. Tong graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S.
degree in computer science information systems and economics.
