Edward L.
Machulak has been employed by the Company since September 1962.
Mr. Machulak has served as the President, Director, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1962, Treasurer since 1978, and on March 11, 1991, he was elected as a Member of the Directors' Executive Committee.
He has been a member of the Audit Committee since February 9, 1998, the date that the Audit Committee was formed, and has been a Director-Emeritus since December 5, 1979.
He is a Director and the President or Officer of: Homespan Realty Co., Inc.; San Luis Estates, Inc.; San Sebastian Gold Mines, Inc.; and Universal Developers, Inc. He is the Secretary and Treasurer of Ecomm Group Inc. He is the authorized representative of the Commerce/Sanseb Joint Venture.
He is a Director, was the Treasurer, and as of January 12, 2003, was elected President of Mineral San Sebastian S.A.
