I'm the founder of The Randolph Group and since that time, with great partners and colleagues, we've built our business from just a handful of associates to today's multi-line enterprise with 15 locations and thousands of customers.
I've enjoyed very much collaborating on strategy, team-building, strategic growth M&A, and supporting and funding innovation and profitable growth.
I can truly say I feel very fortunate to have the quality of enjoyable, motivated people I get to work with every day.
Working with our leadership teams on strategy, then launching the strategy and seeing it work is the best feeling of success in business.
The most gratifying part of what I do is watching people develop and grow from starting positions to increasing responsibility at the top of the organization.

I've enjoyed sharing my experience and trying to help others grow or start their businesses, including as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson, member of the Venture Mentoring Team, Treasurer of Love Futbol, Advisory Board Member of Illinois Bank and Trust and the Alumni Board at UCLA Anderson.
