Doug Romanoff

Douglas is managing partner at Parameter Ventures.
He brings over 15 years of experience in venture capital and corporate development for high-growth technology companies.
Previously, Douglas built out the venture capital division of Two Sigma and executed early-stage enterprise investments at Bessemer Venture Partners.
Earlier in his career he advised technology corporations on new product development, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions at Monitor Deloitte.
He has been involved in investments, fundraisings, and other transactions in the technology sector of more than $5 B.
In addition, he is a frequent speaker, mentor, and panelist at startup programs and events in industry and academia.
Douglas earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he served as summer associate at Lux Capital, and a BSc in materials engineering from Brown University, where he was awarded honors for his research contributions.
His passion for startups is the product of three generations of entrepreneurs in his family.
