Resolution Asset Management Ltd. (RAM) is the Glasgow, Scotland-based asset management subsidiary of Ignis Investment Services Ltd., ultimately owned by Pearl Group Ltd. in the UK. Formerly known as Britannic Asset Management Ltd., RAM can trace their origins back to The Foreman and Staff Mutual Benefit Society, established in 1899, and became an independent asset management firm in 1983.
