(PCA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luxembourg-listed Principle Capital Holdings SA (AIM: PCX), an independent investment management group operating in the UK, Switzerland and South Africa. Established in 2003 by a team from Active Value Investors, the group is based in Geneva and specializes in activist and alternative investments as well as in wealth management and trusts. PCA was established in 2005 and is located in London. The firm is part of Principle Capital Partners' investment division, which manages the group's alternative investments including South African real estate and infrastructures in sub-Saharan Africa, as well as the group's activist investments. PCA is the investment advisor for the group's activist funds.
