Daniel Labrecque

Daniel Labrecque has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian operations for N.M.
Rothschild & Sons Canada Ltd.
since April 2002.
Mr. Labrecque is Chairman of the Canadian INSEAD Foundation and Member of the International Council of INSEAD.
He is a Director of C.D.
Howe Institute and La Fondation de l'École Nationale de Cirque.
Prior to joining N.M.
Rothschild & Sons Canada, he was a Director of Axcan Pharma, Inc. in 2003.
Previously, he held various positions at the Royal Bank of Canada, the Mercantile Bank of Canada, and the National Bank of Canada.
Mr. Labrecque was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Corporate Finance and the Mergers and Acquisitions Department for Lévesque Beaubien Geoffrion in 1988.
He joined Schroder Canada as Managing Director in 1995 and Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Lazard Canada in 2000.
He began his career in 1977 as Auditor at Raymond, Chabot, Martin, and Pare Corp.
Mr. Labrecque received an MBA from INSEAD in 1981 and a Diploma in Public Accountancy and Business Administration from the University of Montreal in 1977.
He is a Certified Business Valuator.
