Dan W. Lufkin

Mr. Lufkin has been actively involved in investing, managing and restructuring companies in a broad range of industries.
He helped grow DLJ’s net worth from a nominal amount to more than $50 million during his tenure as Chairman, and pioneered the initial public offering of DLJ, the first Wall Street investment bank to go public.
Mr. Lufkin served on the Board of Governors of the New York Stock Exchange, and was the first Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection for the State of Connecticut.
For the past 20 years he has been active in private and public company investment and management.
Mr. Lufkin currently serves as a director and consultant to a number of public and private companies and non-profit endeavors.
Mr. Lufkin received his Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an M.B.A.
from the Harvard Business School.
