Cedar Hill Capital Partners Cedar Hill invests in publicly and privately traded global securities. The CHCP Funds invest substantially in a variety of securities and financial instruments of financial services and financial services-related companies; however, the funds are not limited to any particular market or sector. The CHCP Funds may invest and trade in a wide variety of securities and financial instruments, domestic and foreign, of all kinds, both publicly traded or privately placed, including, but is not limited to, common and preferred stocks, bonds and other debt securities, convertible securities, limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests, mutual fund shares, options, warrants, commodities, futures, derivatives (including credit default swaps and other swaps, forward contracts and structured instruments), currencies, repurchase and reverse repurchase arrangements, monetary instruments and cash and cash equivalents.

Visium Asset Management seeks to achieve consistent, positive absolute returns by investing in a variety of industry sectors and in a wide range of financial instruments. Such instruments include, but are not limited to, long or short positions in US or non-US publicly traded or privately issued or negotiated common stocks, preferred stocks, stock warrants and rights, corporate or sovereign debt, bonds, notes or other debentures or debt participations, commodities, partnership interests, interests in investment companies, convertible securities, swaps, options (purchased or written), swaptions, futures contracts and other derivative instruments.

Pelham Capital is an active manager which employs a long-short equity investment style to invest primarily in European equities. They do not invest in financial companies but otherwise have no specific sector limitations. The firm invests through their fund in a select number of small, mid and large-cap, primarily Continental European stocks. They typically hold core positions for two to five years.
