Craig Manuel

Craig Manuel is Vice President and General Counsel of Kilmer Van Nostrand Co. Limited, responsible for providing legal and compliance oversight to the Kilmer group of companies and working with senior management on company strategy and planning.
Prior to joining Kilmer in November 2022, Mr. Manuel was with the Toronto Port Authority (PortsToronto), where he was SVP and General Counsel.
Prior to PortsToronto, Craig was a Partner at McMillan LLP.
Mr. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and law degree from Queen’s University.
