Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP (Lansdowne) is the alternative investment management subsidiary of Lansdowne Partners Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Lansdowne Partners International Ltd. in the Cayman Islands. The firm is headquartered in London and was founded in 1998. Lansdowne provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to their clients, which includes commingled investment vehicles intended for institutional investors and other sophisticated investors and investment vehicles formed for particular investors and separately managed accounts for sophisticated financial institutions, including registered investment companies. Lansdowne is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Fox-Pitt, Kelton Ltd. (Broker) is the London-based subsidiary of Fox-Pitt Kelton Ltd. (FPK), in the UK, ultimately held by Fox-Pitt Kelton LLC in the US. The firm was founded in London in 1971 and was acquired by Swiss Re in 1999. In 2006 a new company formed by J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC and FPK employees acquired FPK from Swiss Re. An affiliate of J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC is the majority shareholder and FPK management and employees are significant shareholders with Swiss Re holding a minority interest in the company.
