Christian Toro

Mr. Toro joined American Capital in March of 2003 as a Manager in the Finance and Treasury group primarily responsible for the execution, administration, and monitoring of secured and unsecured corporate debt.
He transferred to the ACAS CDO/CLO team in August of 2006 and is focusing on evaluating and executing principal CDO investments for the firm.
He was promoted to Vice President in January 2007.
Before joining ACAS in 2003, Mr. Toro was a senior consultant in the Global Capital Markets Group of Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in providing advice to clients on the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and resolving transaction implementation related issues for asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities transactions.
Prior to Deloitte & Touche he was a senior consultant in the Asset Securitization Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for reviewing transactions for the Securitization Accounting and Modeling Solutions practice, a specialized securitization accounting, cash-flow modeling and valuation group within ASG.
Mr. Toro received his BS in Accounting and Finance from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
