Mr. O'Meara joined Siperian in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years experience serving as Chief Financial Officer for both public and private high-growth companies in the software and technology industries.
He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TIBCO Software (NASDAQ: TIBX) and, most recently, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adaptec, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADPT) where he was recruited as part of a turnaround management team.
In addition, Mr. O'Meara has held a number of other senior financial positions at companies such as Packet Technologies Inc., Raychem Corp., and National Semiconductor Inc.
Mr. O'Meara received his MBA from Northwestern University and BA in Economics from Stanford University.
