Mitchell is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administration Officer of Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau.
She joined Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau in April 2004.
Ms. Mitchell began her Federal government career as Presidential Management Intern at the Internal Revenue Service in 1984.
She has over 19 years of experience in the federal government and 16 years of experience in financial management and analysis.
Ms. Mitchell received a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 1982 and an MPA in Financial Management from the University of Delaware in 1984.
