From 1992 to 1996, he was a Management Consultant for several high technology companies, including Cascade Microtech and AT&T Microelectronics.
Prior to joining General Electric, Mr. McFadden worked as a Consultant of Booz Allen & Co. and an Engineer of Exxon Corporation.
He received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MS degree in Management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
