Brian Redpath

Mr. Brian Redpath is President & Chief Executive Officer at Alenco Windows, Inc. and a Managing Director at Linsalata Capital Partners, Inc. Mr. Redpath’s primary responsibilities include acquisition searches, negotiations, due diligence, financing and an emphasis on operational oversight.
He serves as Chairman of Wellborn Forest Products, Inc., Chief Executive Officer and director of Harden Manufacturing and is a director on the Whitcraft Group Board.
Mr. Redpath joined Linsalata Capital Partners in 2012 after having been associated with the firm since 1996 when he held the position of Senior Vice President for Operations at Care-Free Windows a former portfolio company.
Following his time at Care-Free he held several operating positions at Cardinal Glass before leaving in 2001 to lead a buy-out and turnaround of Alenco Windows, eventually recapitalizing the business in partnership with Linsalata and ultimately exiting the business through a sale to PlyGem in 2006.
Since that time he has provided diligence support to the firm and operational and leadership consulting to several Linsalata portfolio companies.
Mr. Redpath received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kearney State University.
